to join our team.Job Specifics:Seeking an experienced, hardworking, detail-oriented NP/PA who embraces a collaborative approach to patient care.Night shift only position - eligible for weeknight and weekend night shift differentials.Join a robust team that consists of 9 total APPs, with 2 APPs scheduled each night.In-house nocturnist and intensivist support.Flexible weekend rotation.NPs must be Acute Care-certified.Leapfrog grade 'A', #1 Community Hospital in Maryland, US News and World Report.Launching APP Professional Development Model which will include opportunities for advancement!As a UMMS provider, you can expect:Competitive salary.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid malpractice insurance.Generous paid time off.CME leave and CME allowance.Retirement plan (403-B with employer match).Qualifications
EducationMaster's Degree (Required)Certification / Licensure / RegistrationRegistered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)Experience and Skills2 - 4 years' previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant working in internal medicine preferably in a hospital setting (Preferred)Internal Medicine Training experience (Preferred)Strong Verbal Communications Skills, Strong Written Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Basic Computer Skills, Excellent Organizational Skills, Strong Customer Services Skills, Proven Analytical Skills.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
