Senior Software Engineer FrontendLocation:
Dallas, TXJob Duties:Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.Design, scope, and construct maintainable and high-performing features and systems.Establish effective communication channels and collaboration tools within Slack for the project team.Collaborate with the team to determine the technical approach and project architecture.Define coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.Create a project roadmap, including milestones and deliverables.Break down the project into manageable tasks and assign them to developers.Provide guidance and support to developers throughout the development process.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and propose effective solutions.Monitor progress and track task completion using project management tools integrated with Slack.Telecommuting is an option.
