As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Primary Responsibilities:Conduct individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelinesDevelop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting mental health conditionsConduct psychological assessments and interpret resultsInvolve patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriateLead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plansComplete clinical documentation according to policy

Required Qualifications:Must have an active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of practice.2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and groupsProven ability to commute to the location in-person
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with health psychologyExperience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical settingKnowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventionsProven comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentationsProven comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
