What You Will Do

Travel up to 10% both domestic and international.

What You Will Learn :

Hone communication prowess for seamless interaction with internal and external partners.

Become a data analysis virtuoso, ensuring program alignment with all key parameters.

Lead with precision, presenting plans and progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

Experience managing development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.

Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar integrated project scheduling software) and experience in MS Excel.

Change management experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager.

Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.

Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.

PMP Certification.
