Drive the entire life cycle of impactful large to medium programs, guiding them from conception to triumph with unwavering commitment.

Travel up to 10% both domestic and international.
What You Will Learn :

Lead with precision, presenting plans and progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and quality to new heights.
Proactively tackle risks with creativity and innovation, ensuring project success while uncovering revenue and satisfaction opportunities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar integrated project scheduling software) and experience in MS Excel.
Change management experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager.
Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.
Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.
PMP Certification.
