We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multi-channel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools.We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to work with a high-performing group of software engineers and data stewards to ensure we’re fully compliant with our customer data.In this position, we seek someone excited to work with a dynamic, diverse group of engineers and managers who are all used to wearing multiple hats to get the job done. We will work with teams throughout the organization including the Intuit Privacy, Analytics & Data Science Product Domain, Marketing, and more. We seek someone comfortable with supporting requirement definition, continual prioritization, and the development of the operational processes supporting data privacy and governance.We seek someone with an understanding of why and how diverse teams build better software and create better cultures. Data Engineering - Data Platform Privacy is a team with a vibrant, supportive, empowered, inclusive, and positive culture. Participate in and cultivate a culture of direct, compassionate communication, and encourage transparent communication. Facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork.Coach and mentor decision-making and problem-solving, and identify and sponsor growth opportunities for your team.Work with the engineering department leadership to iterate on the strategic Data Engineering Roadmap.Continually prioritize and assess the value proposition for each deliverable we’re investing in.Lead and mentor a team of engineers and stewards working with a wide number of stakeholders and collaborators. Foster candid conversations around process and solutioning with a growing internal customer base.Work with product teams and analysts to support governing our user behavior clickstream data.Work cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Data Science, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and people teams to help define and scope their objectives while ensuring our solutions remain robust and scalable.Find solutions through cross-functional collaboration, technology challenges, and navigating new patterns.Qualifications

Enjoy defining processes and operations across a wide customer base utilizing the same tools and data.Understanding of data privacy and governance principles and practices.Strong understanding of Cloud Data Infrastructure (GCP / AWS).Strong written and verbal communicator, able to distill and convey complex ideas to audiences with varying levels of technical depth.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment, and actively contribute to requirement definition, roadmap planning, team-level office hours, etc.
