3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software productsPassion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experienceExperience with building metrics, dashboards, and front-end experiences in an application with significant traffic and scaleProven experience leading a UI development teamExperience with:
UI frameworks like React or AngularUnit testing frameworks & mockingTesting Automation mindsetKafka and GraphQLMicroservices architecture
Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locationsExperience in Agile software developmentVery strong verbal and written communication skillsAssertive with high presentation skillsProven experience in growing people
