What you'll bring

3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products

Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience

Experience with building metrics, dashboards, and front-end experiences in an app with good traffic and scale

Proven experience leading a UI development team

Experience with:

UI frameworks like React or Angular

Unit testing frameworks & mocking

Testing Automation mindset

Kafka and GraphQL

Microservices architecture

Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations

Experience in Agile software development

Very strong verbal and written communication skills

Assertive with high presentation skills

Proven experience in growing people
