In terms of viral vector service, GenScript ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.Job Scope:The Project Manager focuses on managing customer projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. The successful candidate should have a solid scientific background, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and good business sense. He or she will need to work directly with external clients, coordinate with internal departments, and fit with the collaborative and competitive culture in GenScript.Key Responsibilities:Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy and prepare the service proposal based on client requests and scientific judgment.Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work, and provide regular feedback/update to clients for any project progress/troubleshooting, especially for key accounts.Work collaboratively with the commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished on time.Help to improve the service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and our competitors. Help to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology.Assist with the team’s daily operation.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:At least an MS degree in a life sciences discipline with over 2 years of experience; PhD degree is preferred.Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability.Solid molecular biology-related technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
