This position reports to the Director of Athletics.Job Duties

Serve as a lead on athletic projects, professional development opportunities, and seminars for student-athletes and coaches/staff. Provide administrative support from inception to conclusion of the event/initiative.Attend United East Senior Women’s Administrator meetings and report back to the department with updates/initiatives.Serve as a point of contact on the athletics administrative team for student-athletes and staff to bring issues or concerns. Assist with investigations and/or referrals to internal and external resources as necessary.Serve as a senior advisor to the Athletic Director on decisions affecting the Abington athletics department, student-athletes, and coaches, with a special emphasis on diverse perspectives, student-athlete wellbeing and welfare, inclusion, and compliance.Consult with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) on programming and issues affecting student-athletes.Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience in athletics administration required.Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances:
