Salesforce System Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, solution design, and implementing applications within Salesforce GovCloud. This role involves designing scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design:

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements.Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise:

Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service processes and solutions.GovCloud Implementation:

Apply experience in implementing Salesforce applications within a government context, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.Integration Management:

Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with specific experience in Service Cloud and solution design.Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions in a government environment.Salesforce Certified System Administration, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Preferred Skills and ExperienceAdditional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce OmniStudio, Data Cloud.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Work LocationUnited States - RemoteCompensationThe salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
