CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a talented and experienced Programmer Analyst 4. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as C++, visual basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, etc. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. May design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. May build add-on modules using application program language.Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications:

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
·
Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
·
Of the minimum years of required experience, at least two years of the experience must be in developing systems code using C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript.
·
Additionally, at least five years of the experience must be in developing software on agile development projects consisting of at least two teams of five team members.
·
Concurrently, at least five years of the experience must be related to leading software efforts of similar size to those identified in the TO.
·
These aforementioned years of required experience may be conducted concurrently.
Preferred Requirements:
·
DOD Experience.
·
Learning Management System experience and Distance Learning Experience.
·
Within 50 miles of Pax River, MD.
Physical Requirements: May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.required Experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
