At MG Properties, we focus on enriching lives – physically in our community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to our local communities, and through development and growth of our employees.The Financial Analyst - Accounting will assist the Company’s Accounting team by maintaining good standing and compliance of its multifamily debt portfolio, help coordinate timely lender controlled impound draws, work directly with senior management in preparing company and department budgets, and other related tasks that may be required in the transaction process for acquisitions, dispositions and loan financings.Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in a real estate accounting position, with direct exposure and communication with lenders and lender servicersPrevious experience with multifamily or property management preferredMust have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of MS Office system computer softwareBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related fieldCompletion of education/training in related real estate industry courses preferredExcellent computer skills with an expert level knowledge of Excel and advanced working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management softwareSolid understanding of lender reporting requirements and draw processesInterest in organizing, prioritizing, and leading multiple priorities, using critical thinking and problem solvingHighly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, improving and streamlining complex work processesStrong time management and prioritization skillsCollaborative working style with inclusive work and thinking behaviors, commitment to excellence in teams and work product, with a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionCompensation and Benefits
