This position will research and resolve problems, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, participate in cost benefit analysis, and contribute to software and process solutions.Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Customize and configure the Time and Leave modules to meet specific organizational needs.Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Time and Leave modules function accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules.Develop and maintain documentation related to time and leave processes, configurations, and integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between WorkForce Software and other HR systems.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Participate in system upgrades, ensuring that customizations and configurations are preserved.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in WorkForce Software.Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.On-call availability 24/7.Qualifications3+ years' of experience in customizing and configuring the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Experience in conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules.Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to time and leave processes.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience in providing training and support to end-users.Experience integrating WorkForce Software with other HR systems.Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors a plus.WorkForce Certification strongly desired.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:401k with up to a 5% company matchFully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirementComprehensive paid time offTuition reimbursement for continued educationMedical, dental, and vision plans for you and your familyFlexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA)Paid short-and long-term disability programsLife and accidental death and dismemberment insuranceEAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and moreDiversity & InclusionPACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability corporation.
