OPEN POSITION:Family Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Therapy
SCHEDULE:- Full-Time- Monday to Friday- 40 Hours per Week- No Nights- No Weekends- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:- $70 to $80 per Hour, dependent upon experience- Annual Bonus Potential- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- LTD / AD&D Insurance- Paid Time Off Package- Paid Holidays- CME Allowance- 401k

COMPANY PROFILE:For nearly a decade, this privately-owned organization has been providing compassionate, quality infusion services to patients in a comfortable, convenient environment. They are driven by nurse practitioners, with NPs and RNs leading the patient care teams. They currently employ a team of 25 talented providers, who are supported by clinical and administrative team members in 20+ locations across 6 states.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will serve as the clinical leader of the office, supported by a registered nurse (RN) and a medical assistant (MA).The FNP reports to the Medical Director and Nursing Director. The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:educate patients about the risks, side effects, and benefits of medicationssupervise and administer IV infusion and injectionsassist in the preparation of biologicsdiscuss care plans with ordering providerscommunicate with referring providers regarding criteria for medicationsreview orders and verify records / testsreview labs, reports, and medicationsserve as the day-to-day clinical leaderprovide direction to office staffThe care team sees an average of 10 to 15 patients per day.The practice provides infusions for a variety of conditions, seeing both adult and pediatric patients. Their therapies include, but are not limited to:biologicsbiosimilarsenzyme replacement therapyalpha-1immunoglobulinsThe practice uses the InfuseFlow EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:- California NP license- FNP certification- proficiency in starting IVs- comfort working autonomously and leading a team- new grads with 5+ years RN experience are welcome to apply
