Oracle Senior Software Development Manager - Bismarck, North Dakota
Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI). OHAI is an exciting team in Oracle Cloud focusing on product development and strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a new line of business constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are committed to providing the best cloud products to meet the needs of our customers tackling some of the world's most challenging problems.ResponsibilitiesLead the engineering team for the development of the OHAI Control Plane organization.Apply knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications.Work with a team of smart, hands-on engineers to solve difficult problems in distributed highly available services and virtualized infrastructure.Basic Qualifications:BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 4 years of software engineering work experience.Experience with one or more preferred programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C#, C++, Ruby.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to multiple stakeholders.Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc).Experience with project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Version One).Disclaimer:
