We need your contribution to make it a world-class engineering center focused on excellence.ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a team of smart, hands-on engineers with the expertise and passion to solve difficult problems in distributed highly available services and virtualized infrastructure. At every level, our engineers have a significant technical and business impact by designing and building innovative new systems to power our customer's business-critical applications.We are looking for an energetic, engaged, and technically strong Sr Manager of Software Development to lead the engineering team for the development of the OHAI Control Plane organization. As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications.Basic Qualifications:BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 4 years of software engineering work experience.Experience with one or more preferred programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C#, C++, Ruby.Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to multiple stakeholders and audience types.Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc).Experience with project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Version One).Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and Benefit Information:US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
