Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reportsManage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on timeRecord day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledgerEnsure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statementsVerify the accuracy of accounting as presented to usOrganize a substantial amount of data presented to usGood ability to express our findings and present them in a reportGood understanding of QuickBooks and General LedgerWilling to study and learn about different businesses and industriesWell-experienced in Bank ReconciliationsGood understanding of Payroll AccountingQualifications:

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systemsMust exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skillsCandidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar positionExceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Excellent Microsoft skillsMust have 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or in private accountingCompensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
