Description:
The Supervisor of Clinical Tech Services requires a Bachelor Degree (preferred) or an Associate Degree as a Certified Radiology Tech (CRT). A Bachelor Degree related to the field is to be completed within 3-5 years. The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Interventional Cardiology, with related experience in specialty diagnostic imaging, interventional, and monitor systems. Certification as one of the following is required: CRT, RCES, RCIS, CCI, or as a registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Invasive Specialist. Advanced specialty certification must be obtained within 1 year.Qualifications:
Registered Radiologic Technologist from an accredited school of Radiological Technology with a current Florida license. An Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science degree is preferred. Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credentials and proof of eligibility for advanced certification (VI, CV, or CI for IVR and RCIS or RCES for Cath Lab) are required upon completion of one year of full-time work experience in interventional cardiovascular services. The candidate must complete a minimum of 12 CEUs annually, with 10 CEUs being CV related. BLS certification is required.
