Meade, MDKC Help Desk supporting the DISA Data Catalog Consulting Services Team with the resolving and escalating issues related to IBM Knowledge Catalog (IKC).Help Desk support is responsible for:Troubleshooting issues related to the DISA Data Catalog supported by IKC on both NIPR (IL 5) and SIPR (IL 6)Providing access to new users in IKCEscalating issues and working with the IKC support team as necessarySupporting upgrades of the softwareShould be able to work on site from Fort Meade, MD when required.* This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship is required) *Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with IKC (2 years)Working knowledge of active development (1 year)Required Certification: Security + CertificationClearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship required).Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePythonData QualityKnowledge of OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
