Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLocation: Ft. Meade, MDKC Help Desk supporting the DISA Data Catalog Consulting Services Team with the resolving and escalating issues related to IBM Knowledge Catalog (IKC).Help Desk support is responsible for:Troubleshooting issues related to the DISA Data Catalog supported by IKC on both NIPR (IL 5) and SIPR (IL 6).Providing access to new users in IKC.Escalating issues and working with the IKC support team as necessary.Supporting upgrades of the software.Should be able to work on site from Fort Meade, MD when required.This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship is required).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with IKC (2 years) • Working knowledge of active development (1 year).Required Certification: Security + Certification.Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship required).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Python.Data Engineering.Data Quality.Knowledge of OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
