Join us and be part of a dynamic organization where innovation thrives and every team member plays a crucial role in transforming the way the world moves.Strategy & Leadership:Develop and execute the global IT strategy to drive business value and support growth.Lead enterprise integration, data access, and collaboration with stakeholders.Build and lead a global IT organization, promoting scalable and agile IT services.Service Delivery:Optimize and integrate legacy and acquisition systems.Ensure IT security and protect corporate assets.Manage IT infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.Maintain IT governance and oversee delivery models.Leadership Development:Develop and mentor future IT leaders.Foster a culture of innovation and positive change within the IT team.Organization Management:Oversee IT strategic planning, budgeting, and functional coordination.Ensure system and data integrity and build strategic external partnerships.Manage vendor and contract processes.Qualifications:Experience:

10+ years in senior IT management, with experience in enterprise IT ecosystems and M&A projects.Automotive Industry Experience:

Preferred.Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.Skills:
