Commission Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commission Analyst to join our clients’ team. This hybrid role, based in El Segundo, requires one day in the office per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial institutions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The perfect candidate will be responsible for researching commission inquiries, analyzing complex issues, and providing training to new advisors.

Compensation:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Research and Analysis: Investigate commission inquiries via Salesforce for CA/CAN Advisors, BD, and Resource Centers. Review and analyze commission cases, ensuring service levels are met within 48 hours.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems of varying complexities that may affect our advisors. Make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions.Analytical Skills: Utilize high-level analytical skills to work on complex projects, providing detailed analysis and identifying root causes of issues. Recommend efficiencies where possible.Independent Work: Work resourcefully and independently with minimal instruction. Be reliable and self-sufficient.Team Collaboration: Act as a productive team member and positive contributor. Collaborate effectively with colleagues.Training: Provide training on commission statements and client analytics for new advisors as requested.Customer Support: Answer customer calls and resolve issues using multiple resources.

Qualifications:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution preferred. At least 1 year of accounting experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and 10 Key. Experience with Docupace, Netxpro, and Salesforce is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Communication: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, showing great initiative and excellent judgment.Self-Starter: Ability to work under minimal supervision, effectively prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
