(Must Have)A Master's Degree in Social Sciences or related fieldCurrent associate license with CA BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC(2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health servicesDriver's license and vehicle insurance that is current and valid with your name listed as the driverYour own personal vehicle to use for work to attend community meetings, drive on site to crisis if needed, and more.Position requires transporting Members in program van (acceptable driving record)Preferred ExperienceOutpatient clinic or community mental health service with two (2) years of direct clinical serviceExperience providing intensive case management and/or intensive community supports using psychiatric rehabilitation conceptsWhat will your role entail?Dispatched and responds to emergency / crisis events in the community across San Diego CountyProvides onsite therapeutic interventions support to persons and families in crisisCollaborates with other First Responders as needed to provide onsite crisis support including, but not limited to, transporting members to appropriate levels of careWill act as a leader for the dispatched mobile team, providing clinical guidance and instruction to team membersWill complete a concise assessment to paint a clinical picture of the members' needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendationsMaking appropriate referrals for placement, case management and aftercare services, as assignedDeveloping and maintaining an awareness of community resourcesEmployment StatusFull-Time (4 days/wk)Part-Time (3 or 2 days/wk)*Needs to be able to work either Saturdays or SundaysShifts AvailablePM: 2:30pm - 1:00amDays4 10s schedule (10-hour shifts) or 3 12s schedule (3-12 hour shift + 1 8-hr shift biweekly)Expected starting wage range is $77,486.76 - $90,000.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
