We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Site Director to join our team and help us continue to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
Role Overview:
As the Site Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding our center’s day-to-day operations, leading a team of passionate educators, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our young learners. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our programs, support our staff, and build strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers.
Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Handle some administrative tasks, including scheduling and hiring of new staff.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Must be 21 years old.
Must pass State Background Check and Drug Test.
