We have a strong promote-from-within culture, with a defined career path to a regional or multi-site role.
A competitive and comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision/EAP/401k match, etc.) with 3 weeks of PTO on top of standard holidays.
Comprehensive onboarding and training/development program for all new Community Relations Directors.
Be part of the leadership team at our community, creating a personal brand as a senior living subject matter expert in your region.
Our 35+ year-old, family-owned organization (with over 80 locations in 8 states) means you are known here.
In this job, every day you will…

Meet census goals through ongoing communication and meet standards set by the Executive Director and regional sales leadership.
Conduct community tours, home visits, and assessments, offering an overview of services, lifestyle, convenience, and benefits of the community while following the company’s sales process.
Maintain documentation and keep the Executive Director and department heads updated on inquiries, tours, outreach plans, and move-ins and move-outs.
Represent the community positively to prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and the public, demonstrating the community mission and philosophy.
Maintain accurate records of reserved and occupied units, communicating this information to the Executive Director and Sales and Marketing Director. Prepare and distribute marketing reports timely and accurately.
Attend business and community events where referral sources, prospective residents, caregivers, and their advisors are present.
