Are you a Linux administrator? We are hiring Linux administrators who have hands-on experience in troubleshooting various issues in Linux servers. As a Linux System Administrator, you will be providing technical support to our customers via live chats and helpdesk in a 24 x 7 x 365 days work environment.As a Linux administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting clients' issues with their Linux server, control panel, web server, mail server, etc. You will also provide required assistance to your shift members. You must be willing to work in shifts (including night shifts and holidays).Responsibilities:
Monitor the stability of clients' servers with various internal tools.Monitor & review server backups (R1Soft CDP).Understand and troubleshoot Bash/PERL/Ruby/Python/PHP script issues.Have hands-on experience in DNS, networking, TCP/UDP, IP routing, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, POP, IMAP, etc.Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and resolve issues.Research required information using available resources.Follow the escalation process as per policies/procedures.Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.Assist junior team members to ensure effective and accurate performance.Skills Required:
