Deltek Costpoint Analyst

General Description:
This role will analyze existing systems for Costpoint Materials and Manufacturing improvements, recommend new system processes, and keep detailed documentation of all structural and process changes. This role will also act in a systems administrator capacity for existing modules, applications, and new implementations. The Costpoint Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for using their knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help HRL maximize application productivity, reliability, and scalability.
Essential Duties:
Support critical business applications and databases on a day-to-day basis.
Work with Information Systems leadership on application maintenance plans and best practices for change management.
Analyze existing procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain technical documentation.
Facilitate, enhance, and ensure seamless operation of business applications.
Assist in resolving back-end connectivity issues.
Work in a collaborative and team environment.
Meet deadlines in a timely manner and work as part of a team on long-term projects.
Manage dynamic business requirements.
Stay up to date on modern trends as they pertain to software development, database maintenance, application design, and system administration.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, customers, and program management with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Required Skills:
Experience with Deltek Costpoint system administration (installing, configuring, patching, tuning, and upgrading).
Experience supporting Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Application and Product Lifecycle Management (ALM/PLM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and their associated modules within the Costpoint ecosystem.
Experience with the Deltek Costpoint Projects, Materials, and Admin domains.
Familiarity with Deltek ShopFloorTime.
Familiarity with basic PTC Windchill system administration.
Familiarity with the Dynafact Manufacturing System.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience including cybersecurity requirements in business system administration.
Required Education:
High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with 5+ years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, and in some cases with little to no advance notice. This position requires that the applicant selected be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $132,765 - $165,983 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
