As the Assistant Nurse Manager in Salem Health's Operating Room, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering compassionate and effective care. Supervise and support our clinical staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Collaborate with our surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless operations. Your leadership will empower staff to deliver high-quality care, while your focus on efficiency will enhance the overall patient experience. You will also play a key role in driving Lean Management system, offering a supportive work environment where collaboration and innovation are valued, and we're committed to helping you achieve both personal and professional growth.If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical setting, we invite you to apply for the Assistant Nurse Manager position and join us in our mission to provide outstanding surgical care to our patients.Background/Expertise:Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) - Consideration will be given to ADN nurse if agree to complete BSN or MSN within three (3) years of hire into the position. Must sign agreement regarding BSN completion. Must obtain BSN within the 3 years to remain in the ANM position.Current unencumbered license to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon required.Two (2) years minimum acute care RN experience in operating room required.Charge RN experience preferred.Certification in CNOR preferred.Knowledge and application of principles of administration, supervision and management.Possess advanced knowledge and skill in techniques of the Operating Room.Demonstrates advanced knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical skills.Works effectively under pressure and uses professional judgment in emergency situations.Collaborates and works in a team environment; experience serving as a team leader a plus.Communicates clearly and constructively - both written and verbal.Demonstrates human relations skills and ability to relate well with others.Advanced organizational and delegation skills.Total Rewards Offerings:
