Position SummaryWithin the framework of social work values, knowledge and method, the
Social Work Professional
provides services to patients and their families in relation to social and emotional problems so that medical care is fully utilized, social and emotional functioning is enhanced, and quality of life is improved. Also participates in interdisciplinary and interagency collaboration and consultation.Position RequirementsMaster's of Social Work2 years of social work practice or student practicumPossession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of auto insurance may be required.
