The Director of Asante Accreditation provides management and leadership oversight for regulatory, accreditation and certification program(s) specifically for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC), Asante Ashland Community Hospital (AACH), Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC), and Asante Physician Partners (APP). Additionally provides expertise, consultation and education to medical staff, senior leadership and Asante personnel across all departments and service lines regarding regulatory and accreditation standards compliance. The successful System Director of Accreditation is a role model for Asante values, provides professional leadership to the Accreditation Department, ensuring competencies, goal achievement and efficient use of organizational resources.Position Qualifications

EducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing

REQUIREDMasters degree in a clinical field, healthcare administration, or risk management

PREFERREDExperience5 years progressive Accreditation/Regulatory leadership experience preferably in a multiple hospital system. Experience deploying continuous survey readiness plans required.Licensure/CertificationsRN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required upon start

REQUIREDBLS: Basic Life Support

REQUIREDCertified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

REQUIREDCHC: Certified in Healthcare Compliance,
