We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Intern to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and a strong command of English, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical issues related to AI products and services.Guide customers through the setup and usage of AI Dyma's products.Document common technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.Prepare regular reports on technical support activities and customer feedback.Assist in creating user manuals, guides, and FAQs for customers.Participate in technical training sessions to understand AI Dyma's products in detail.Learn about the latest AI technologies and how they are implemented in the company's offerings.Work closely with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on solutions.Assist customers with technical queries via phone, email, and chat.Coordinate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.Monitor system performance and assist in identifying potential issues.Provide support in managing and maintaining internal technical systems.Assist in testing new features or products to ensure they meet customer needs.Report any bugs or issues to the development team with detailed feedback.Suggest improvements to technical support processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction.Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and technology to provide informed support.Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:Are based in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas, or are willing to relocate.Are available for full-time (in-office) internship.Have completed their studies in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering).Possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Qualification:

Fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or related technologies is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Familiarity with JIRA and support ticketing systems is advantageous.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Perks:
