Come grow with us!Job Description:About The Team:The Tech Advisory practice sits under Advisory Services (AS) which provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. Tech Advisory NetSuite Solution Architect- Senior Consultant or Manager

is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite Cloud ERP. You will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients in mostly a post-sale environment. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions, and implement them to the client's satisfaction. Our Consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints are a requirement of the job.Responsibilities:Lead project teams through the overall implementation processes by providing consistent and thorough feedbackMentor and supervise staff/interns, provide feedback, conduct training with other team members, distribute and oversee the work of others assigned to the teamIdentify and document business requirements as per the Statement of WorkPrioritize customer success and project scopeDevelop functional and process design and prototyping- functional and technicalBuild, develop, and test scripted solutionsDevelop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycleDevelop training plans and deliver across all functional departmentsTransition customer after go live to account management and supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.3-8 years of Consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP

and cloud enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Sage Intacct, or WorkdayStrong background in inventory management, WMS, retail, online processing, shipping, manufacturing, wholesale companiesStrong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order, desired, but not requiredExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (MS Visio and MS PowerPoint proficient)Strong organization and problem-solving skillsExperience working with culturally diverse teamsSeasoned industry experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, services, fintech or retailExceptional organization and multitasking skillsStrong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projectsNetSuite Certified Professional desired, but not requiredTechno-Functional experience desired, but not requiredHybrid or RemoteAbility to travel 50%We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
