Effectively manage the invoicing and procurement activities for the region, including liaising with the Accounts Payable Team and other key business strategic partners.Provides support to the IT Networks Team during the budgeting cycle.Provides effective cost center oversight, including monthly reviews of the region's financial performance.Prepares and submits monthly closing reports, including journal entries and account reconciliations.Maintains financial integrity by following established procedures, policies, and internal controls.Provides support on Month Recurring Contracts and renewals including processing contract cost changes, and recurring payment requests.Provides support to the Capital expenditure process including budget initiation, cost tracking, reporting, and project closures.Provides effective supervision of an external employee supporting the role with routine tasks.This position will be remote but ONLY if you are located in the US Mountain time zone.Qualifications
Required skills
College diploma or university degree in Business, Finance, related field.2 to 4 years experience.Knowledge and understanding of budgeting cycles, invoice, and procurement management.Knowledge and experience working with accounting and procurement systems.MUST HAVE very good knowledge of SAP.Proficient with Microsoft programs and applications (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.).Preferred skills
Ariba and Smartsheet experience preferred.Additional Information
