This position is hybrid with 3 days on-site at our headquarters in Newark, Ohio, or offices in Orlando or Miami, FL & 2 days remote available.*Sponsorship not available for this role*RESPONSIBILITIES

Project based Team leaderWorking knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problemsAnalysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needsCreate functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionalityDevelop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to followDevelop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customerRisk mitigation planningConduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficienciesAct as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineersManage work flow for the team engineersMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES

High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.2-4 years experience in IT with knowledge or background in lending processes and/or solutions required.Proficient experience with Decision Lender and/or Encompass loan origination products required.SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel could be required within the Park footprint.
