Project based team leaderWorking knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problemsAnalysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needsCreate functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionalityDevelop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to followDevelop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customerRisk mitigation planningConduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficienciesAct as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineersManage workflow for the team engineersMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES

High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.2-4 years' experience in IT required, and experience with SQL Server, Director, DocuSign and eOriginal is a plus.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION
Minimal travel is expected.This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
