– you take initiative and are proactive in accomplishing your goals.Salary Range: $22 - $24/hourRequirements:High School degree.Valid Drivers License.An associate degree in accounting or business administration is preferred.Certification in bookkeeping is preferred.1-3 years of proven bookkeeping experience.Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or other automated accounting systems.Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.QB, Appfolio, Netsuite, Intacct, Yardi, Deltek experience is a plus.Additional Perks and Benefits:
