$25-$28/hour

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or general business is required, but an associate’s degree in finance or business administration will be considered.

Proven working experience in accounting or relevant field is a plus.

Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.

CPA’s preferred but is not required.

Experience with QuickBooks and/or other automated accounting systems.

Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Understand debits and credits.

QB, Appfolio, Netsuite, Intacct, Yardi, and/or Deltek experience is a plus.

Valid Driver's License.
