The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a strong technical background in vehicle health management and prognostics. In this role, you will guide the research, design, deployment, and launch of advanced diagnostics and prognostics products. We are looking for an innovative continuous learner and collaborative problem solver who is driven to take ideas to production.Responsibilities:As a subject matter expert on vehicle health management and prognostics, provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholdersContribute to developing software architecture, tools, and processes, and oversee the design, development, and validation of prognostics solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, program management, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of prognostics projectsStay updated on relevant regulations and standards in prognostics, ensuring compliance in all products and initiativesKeep abreast of industry trends and new technology, and educate the global teamMentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthDrive innovation and research in prognostics methodologies
