Job Description
The responsibilities of this position include designing, developing, testing, and migrating to production. The candidate will maintain the current system.
Daily collaboration with HQ, client service line, and packaging engineers to resolve VOC, process errors, report, and fix bugs.Working with client engineers for process and line operation changes.Providing 24-hour support, tweaking, changing, and modifying the database.Performing other job-related duties as required.
Requirement & Qualification
Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, Network, and Storage.2 - 5 years of Server/Storage Hardware Management (DELL, HP, IBM, Oracle).Must be willing to travel up to 10%.Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related fields desired.Korean/English Bilingual Required.Big Corp. IT Help Desk experience could be considered as relevant experience.
Preferred Qualification
Operating experience with Windows, Linux, and Storage.
