If you're ready to make an impact,we want to hear from you!Provides general accounting, audit, and compliance support to ensureaccurate and complete financial reporting, including strong workingknowledge of journal entries, SOX controls, and an eye for ever-changingrequirements and exceptions.Assists in the forecasting and performance reporting process for short-termand long-range planning cycles, working closely with division controller anddivision leadership, and provides meaningful variance analysis.Develops automated reporting and data visualizations, dashboarding, andinsightful analysis to drive efficiency, and improve decision-making qualityand speed.Through in-depth analytical investigation, provides insights into theunderlying business trends and drivers, while working with business partnersto drive corrective action and forecast future results.Produces meaningful variance analysis that tells the underlying story of thebusiness.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree in finance or accounting (MBA a plus).Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in a largertechnology-related business).Strong understanding of GAAP, including accounting for subscriptionservices, professional services engagements, hardware and software, andconstruction projects.Proven business modeling and forecasting skills required, including modelingof project-based revenues, recurring subscriptions, and carve-out impacts.Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables,look-ups, and an ability to quickly ascertain accurate inferences from largedata sets.Advanced to expert proficiency in G-Suite office tools, specifically GoogleSheets and experience with creating polished presentations in Google SlidesAbility to interrogate, analyze, consolidate, and automate the reportingof information from enterprise reporting systems, including data remediationand creation of dashboards.Oracle, RevPro, DOMO, Access, and Hyperion experience is a plus.Trimble's Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
