Full-time IT Application Support Specialist to provide technical enterprise software support for our staff. The right candidate will have 3-5 years experience providing enterprise-level software support preferably in a manufacturing environment and possess a high skill level of Microsoft office software.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide support for various manufacturing applications, ERP software, including assisting in desktop support for Office 365.Assist with onboarding new users and training on various software packages.Perform application patch testing and end user training when required.Escalate unresolved problems to other technical resources as appropriate.Administer user account access in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.Utilize helpdesk ticketing system for approval workflows and documenting problem resolution.Maintain documentation pertaining to application software work instructions as applicable.Employee is expected to perform other duties as directed.Required Skills:

Experience working with and troubleshooting enterprise business applications including Microsoft office applications.Experience with utilizing helpdesk ticketing software to resolve software application problems.Experience in enterprise application support in solving problems, conducting training, and documenting end user work instructions.Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.Strong team player with excellent written and communications skills.Availability to work flexible schedules.Level of Education:
