Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

who will play a critical role in leading the company's financial planning process, developing forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic financial insights to support data-driven business decisions. This role will work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial planning efforts with company objectives. The FP&A Manager will drive financial clarity, assist in the preparation of reports, and help the company maintain financial transparency and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and refine the company's annual budget, forecast, and financial projections.Conduct variance analysis, providing detailed insights into budget vs. actual performance.Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management, including detailed analysis and recommendations.Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, particularly for revenue and capital expenditure planning.Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions and strategic planning.Partner with senior leadership to prepare presentations for executive reviews, highlighting financial insights and recommendations.Continuously assess and improve processes related to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.Support the Director of FP&A with special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and scenario planning.Advanced proficiency with Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Experience managing cross-functional financial planning processes in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Compensation:
