Offering an exceptional opportunity in the heart of Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, Carilion Clinic (CC) and the Department of Surgery, Section of General Surgery, are searching for an ABS/AOA-BE/BC General Surgeon to join a well-established practice with one other experienced surgeon and one advanced care practitioner at Carilion Rockbridge Community Hospital, a state-of-the-art 25-bed acute-care critical access facility in Lexington, VA.Among the many positive aspects of this "bread and butter" surgical position are:Broad spectrum of quality general surgery and endoscopic services.Typically, light night and weekend call from home.Surgical clinic is next door and an easy 3-minute walk from the hospital.Opportunity to participate in teaching and to join the faculty of the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.Carilion Clinic is a physician-led, multi-specialty healthcare organization based in Roanoke, VA.
