Description:
To provide expert technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures, management of supplies and devices, physiologic patient monitoring and assisting with direct patient care. Responsible for safe and effective operation of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging and technical equipment used for procedures. Is a patient/family educator, advocate and liaison. Provides education and training to all staff for radiological, fluoroscopic, equipment and supplies related to procedures. Estimated pay range for this position is $33.58 - $59.57 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:

ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance ImagingARRT Registered Technologist - RadiographyARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional RadiographyARRT Registered Technologist - Computed TomographyARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional RadiographyCertified Radiologic TechnologistARRT Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional RadiographyBasic Life SupportAdditional Qualifications:May substitute Bachelor‘s degree in a healthcare related field and 3 years of invasive experience with a minimum of 4 years of total experience, Associates degree and advanced certification: RT(R) CV, VI, CI, CT, or MR. Current Florida licensed, Radiology Technologists with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist credentials. Advanced specialty certification (VI, CI, CV, MR, or CT) required. Member of a professional cardiovascular organization (AVIR).
