Leading an international team of project managers and domain leads for a complex Digital Cockpit / infotainment systemDriving ASPICE improvements across HARMAN EU projectsDriving and steering the achievement of program scope targets in terms of schedule, budget, cost and qualityResponsible for calculation of resources and budget, technical analysis of customer quotations (RFI/RFQ)Manage delivery of software to customer (OEM as well as internal departments) in time, cost and qualityManage planning, coordination, prioritization and monitoring of all software activities during development lifecycleInterface to customer, supplier and internal management for all technical and project management related topics including reportingProviding accurate and aligned program reporting (internally/externally)Implementing Product Life Cycle Processes within program (Project Gating / Milestone Execution Plan) based on Harman PLMWhat You Need:

Track record as software project manager with experience 20+ years in automotive projectsCertified Provisional Assessor ASPICE V3.1 or higherCertified Senior Projectmanager (GPM/IPMA Level B) or higherExtensive knowledge of project planning, implementation and management gained through experience using formal project planning tools and recognized project management methodologyBroad technical and methodical knowledge in all areas of Software Product Life Cycle Management (Generalist)Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures (including aSPICE conformance)Experience of leading staff at all levels to ensure that all members of the team including users and stakeholders own project objectivesExperience of working across organizational boundaries to achieve resultsExperienced in leading a distributed development team (Germany, India, Romania, China, US)Broad intercultural experience and willingness to travelWhat We Offer:
