Fire & Security Role:
Are you an
Engineer
with 5 years engineering experience with
CCTV, Fire, Access Control
and
Intruder?
Paying up to
£45k

Minimum of 5 years engineering experience preferably (CCTV, Fire, Access and Intruder)
Experience leading a team of engineers
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
Clean criminal record as all engineers must be DBS checked

Main Function/Job Objective:
Responsibility for the development and performance of engineering. Provide support to the engineers and senior engineers with any training needs. Motivate to achieve branch contribution targets. Promote a high level of customer care in order that the service provided meets the customer’s expectations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Encourage and give guidance on complying with company procedures for:
Contract /design review
Health and safety
Company vehicle use
Timesheets, holiday forms, business expenses
Controlling material cost
Provide leadership and give guidance with Industry Standards and encourage improvement
Promote the achievement of service level targets and any other customer requirements
Carry out performance review of engineers and monitor their adherence to job descriptions
Promote
of sales opportunities
To work with the HR Department and Management to identify training needs within the business and assist in recording personal development for employees.
