Play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless delivery of learning products and experiences within the organization. Maintain responsibility for coordinating logistics before, during, and after in-person instructor-led training (ILT) wherever it is being held. Ensure that learning products and experiences run efficiently. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of in-person or classroom delivery problems of moderate scope and complexity and work independently with some guidance. Maintain responsibility for contributing to and supporting in-person event logistics planning, coordination, and execution. Contribute to and support the execution of project plans, timelines, and providing status towards projects. Work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with subject matter experts, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Liaise with, and become an escalation point for, learning partners, facilitators, stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery expectations and requirements are met. Anticipate and address the needs of training participants and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and timely feedback resolution. Support the data collection methods, such as surveys and attendance rate, to drive continuous improvements with Booz Allen University. Maintain responsibility for ensuring room set up, materials handling, catering, maintaining of the room, enrollment activities, and roster management of all attendees. Assist onsite facilitators during questions and answers from the participants and support answering and resolving or escalating participant questions or issues. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:2+ years of experience in event coordination or onsite meeting event supportExperience in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in handling the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling facilitators and participants, and managing registrationsAbility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and troubleshoot issuesAbility to be onsite during execution and delivery of learning products and experiences to ensure successful outcomesAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeAbility to work evening or weekend based on program demandHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience in delivering training content that is engaging, interactive, and effectiveExperience with Workday LearningKnowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training techniquesAbility to display a commitment to professional curiosity and development by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and developmentPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conveying complex information clearly and effectivelyBachelor's degree in Learning and Development or Event PlanningLearning and development or event planning certificationCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
