What You'll Do

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Resiliency Manager to join our organization. As an Enterprise Resiliency Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations by developing and implementing robust resilience strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify potential risks, design mitigation plans, and enhance our organization's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of risk management, and the ability to effectively communicate and drive change within the organization.

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide resiliency strategies and frameworks to minimize business disruption and enhance the organization's ability to respond to and recover from adverse events.

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify potential risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation plans.

Conduct thorough risk assessments, including business impact analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk profiling, to identify critical areas of vulnerability within the organization.

Design and implement robust business continuity plans, crisis management protocols, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure seamless operations during disruptive events.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during emergency response and recovery efforts, ensuring effective communication, resource allocation, and timely decision-making.

Develop and conduct training programs and workshops to raise awareness and build resilience capabilities across the organization.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resilience strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to business resilience and incorporate them into the organization's strategies and practices.

Foster a culture of resilience by promoting awareness, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the organization.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors, industry partners, and regulatory agencies, to enhance the organization's resilience capabilities.

What You'll Need

BA/BS in Risk Management, Business Management, Cybersecurity, IT, or related certifications, or work experience

5+ years of practical experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident/Problem Management

Relevant certifications (e.g. CBCP, MBCI, CRISC) are highly desirable, but not required

Proven experience in enterprise resiliency, business continuity, risk management, or a related field, preferably in a managerial capacity

Strong knowledge of business continuity planning, crisis management, disaster recovery, and risk assessment methodologies

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential risks, develop practical solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to business resilience and continuity

Experience in conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and vulnerability assessments.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in enterprise resiliency, such as cloud-based solutions, data protection, and cyber resilience, is a plus

Involved in the Resiliency, Risk Management, InfoSec, IT communities
