Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Federal Way, Washington.Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is a leading provider of behavioral health services, seeking skilled professionals who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Federal Way area.Responsibilities:Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.Completes documentation in a timely fashion remote in our EMR (Athena I).Compliance with agency policies and procedures.Job Types:
Full-time or Part-time, W2, and Independent Contractor opportunities available.Requirements:Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.NPI (National Provider Identifier).Professional Liability Insurance.Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.TB Test.CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.Skills:Basic computer knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills.Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Earnings ranging from $42,000 - $95,000 Depending on Licensure and Billable Hourly Model.A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more.$1,500 annual reimbursement credit toward CEUs and Licensure Renewal.401k with company match.Work-Life Balance / Flexible Work Schedule.Hands-on and Virtual Training and Supervision.Avoid “no-shows” when working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
