Description:Overview:

Join us as a CommandCentral AWARE System Manager and drive operational excellence in real-time crime center (RTCC) operations. Your role involves supporting and enhancing the Client CommandCentral AWARE system, ensuring seamless integration and superior system performance.Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide tailored technical support and consulting for the CommandCentral AWARE system and its interfaces.Operational Efficiency:

Develop strategies to enhance workflows, procedures, and performance.Travel & Remote Assistance:

Assist with SOP creation, process discovery, and inter-jurisdictional data sharing, both virtually and on-site.Vendor Coordination:

Work with customers' vendors to connect data points within their CommandCentral AWARE setup.Diagnostics & Analysis:

Run system diagnostics, performance checks, and root-cause analyses to recommend improvements.Process Improvement:

Lead initiatives to optimize operations and troubleshoot critical issues.Data Integration:

Navigate various data inputs and integrate them successfully into the system.Desired Skills:

Experience with IP Video Surveillance, ONVIF, RTSP, H.264, VMS softwareProficiency with the client CommandCentral AWARE and GIS applicationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to manage stress and troubleshoot critical issuesFamiliarity with enterprise hardware/software solutions and public safety applicationsKnowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL, Linux Server, and virtualization softwareExperience with networking, firewalls, routers, and API connectionsPreferred Qualifications:

IT-related Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience in computer science, networking, engineering, or IT system maintenance (preferably in public safety)Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSA/MCSE)Main Responsibilities:

Analyze system performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.Security & Compliance:

Enforce security protocols. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Safeguard sensitive data.Collaboration:

Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Understand requirements and ensure smooth operation.Documentation & Training:
